The “Guide for Sendai City COVID-19 Vaccination” and “Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19 (Passport)” pamphlets have been updated. Furthermore, the “Portal Site of Sendai City Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination” also has additional information about the 3rd and 4th booster doses.

Particularly for those who are considering returning to their home country or traveling outside of Japan for tourism, the Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19 may be required. It will take time for the certificate to be issued, so please apply for one with plenty of time to spare.
