Anyone from complete beginners to intermediate learners who have completed the beginner courses can take part in the MIA Japanese Language Course.

The Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 courses are held four mornings a week, and through which you will be able to study Japanese intensively. Additionally, we offer evening courses which can provide an important space for those that work during the day to learn Japanese. At MIA we focus in particular on the skills of speaking and listening when teaching Japanese. Apart from studying from the book we also incorporate conversation time with volunteers, as well as teaching the essentials for day-to-day life, such as how to check into a hospital or protect yourself in a disaster.
