Do you know what kinds of disasters happen in Sendai and Japan? Have you ever heard of “Chonaikai (neighbor association)” or “Hinanjo (evacuation shelter)” before? Do you know what you should do before a disaster strikes, and what to do when a disaster occurs?
Let’s learn about disasters and disaster prevention, and sharing the knowledge with your friends and family?
We are currently recruiting foreign residents who are interested in disaster risk reduction and regional disaster prevention to participate in our training program.

(Sendai International Center Conference Building 1F. Aobayama, Aoba-ku, Sendai)

①Foreign residents who can speak conversational Japanese and are interested in learning about
disasters and disaster risk reduction
②Those who can help SenTIA’s activities about disaster risk reduction after this program.
