Request for Call: Regarding Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Cases(連絡のお願い:新型コロナウイルス感染症について)(April 8th, 2020)
In regards to the ninth case of a patient with COVID-19 (male in 20’s, Japanese nationality), which was confirmed in Sendai City on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, was found to have worked on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29 at Softbank Sendai Ichibancho Store and Y!mobile Sendai Ichibancho Store, and engaged in customer services.
For those who were at these stores on either of the days and made contracts, the stores have contacted them individually and we are able to grasp the situation. However, as for those who did not make contracts at the stores, we are unable to identify who was at the stores or who was in close contact with the patient.
Therefore, if you were at those stores on either Saturday, March 28 or Sunday, March 29 (at any time on those days), did not make a contract at the stores, and have fever or other symptoms, we would like to ask you to contact the General Consultation Hotline (call center) for Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
