Request from Miyagi Prefectural Governor and Sendai City Mayer Urgent Appeal to Refrain from nonessential outings（宮城県知事・仙台市長からの緊急のお願い）（April 3rd, 2020）
To avoid becoming infected with Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and stop the spread of more infections, the Miyagi Prefecture and City of Sendai Governments urge citizens to refrain from nonessential outings for the time being (about 1 to 2 weeks), especially on this coming weekend (April 4 through April 5).
Please do not leave your homes unless you need to buy essential items such as food or go to the hospital.
