【Important Notice】Foods and other goods will be sent to help those who have contracted COVID-19 and are recuperating at home (resting at home) （新型コロナウイルスに感染して、自宅療養をする人を 助けるために食べ物などを送ります）
（1）Eligible persons (those who can receive support)
The City of Sendai will send approximately one week’s worth of daily necessities such as food to the houses of those who fulfill ①～③.
① Those who have contracted COVID-19
② Those in a difficult situation and have no food
③ Those who request support from the City of Sendai
※Close contacts (those who had someone nearby them become infected) and those waiting on the result of a PCR test are not eligible (cannot receive support).
※It will take some time until support is received. Please get help from a friend or use services such as an internet-based supermarket.
（2）Delivered goods (goods sent by the City of Sendai)
「Home Recuperation Support Pack」
Approximately one week’s worth of food (retort food pouch, etc.) and daily necessities
(toilet paper, etc.) will be sent. Cannot choose what foods are delivered.
※In the case of an infant (0-3 years) being infected, an「Infant Pack」(diapers,
powdered milk, etc.) will be delivered in place of a「Home Recuperation Support Pack」.

（3）How to apply
Health care centers will provide support guidance to those determined to have been infected with COVID-19 and will recuperate
at home.
Afterwards, those who request support can apply on their own.
The City of Sendai will only send goods to those who have had their eligibility confirmed.
※You will not receive any support if ineligible, even if you applied.
