●Coupons (vaccination tickets)
〇To receive the vaccination, you need the coupons (vaccination tickets) sent by the City of Sendai.

The coupons (vaccination tickets) will be sent out when residents become eligible to receive the vaccine.

Upon receiving the coupons, please keep them in a safe place until the day of receiving vaccination.

〇Coupon (vaccination tickets) details and things to note
The coupons are stickers which consist of “vaccination tickets” for two doses, and one“certificate of vaccination.” Please keep them in a safe place and be careful not to fold or tear the coupon.

※Each person must receive two separate doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.Please safely store your coupon after receiving your first dose.
