【Notice from SenTIA】Subsidy for Citizens’ International Exchange Projects Program: Cancellation of Application Period 4 Notice
As the applications received during Application Periods 1-3 up to August this year have exceeded the budget of the “FY2026 Subsidy for Citizens’ International Exchange Projects” program, we have cancelled the planned Application Period 4.
We extend our humblest apologies to any organizations who were planning to apply in Round 4, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We humbly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
【FY2026 Application Periods】

| Period 2 | May 1 – 31, 2026 (Now closed) | For: Projects held between July 2026 ~ March 2027 |
| Period 3 | August 1 – 31, 2026 (Now closed) | For: Projects held between October 2026 ~ March 2027 |
| Period 4 | November 1 – 30, 2026 (Cancelled) |
【About FY2027 Applications】
We plan to hold Application Period 1 for the “FY2027 Subsidy for Citizens’ International Exchange Projects” from February 1, 2027 ~ February 28, 2027.
We will post application guidelines on our homepage from January 2027 onwards.
