School Expenses Financial Assistance Subsidy（就学援助）
Please consult with us if you are experiencing financial difficulty and are unable to pay for their child’s school expenses as a result of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
1. Extension of the 2020FY Application Period for New Applications
School expenses financial assistance subsidy is usually “Certified from the first day of the month of application”, however the application period has been extended. Applications made up until June 30, will have a certification date of April 1.

※Applications made from July onwards will be classed as “Application certified from the first day of the month of application”.
2. To families (households) whose income(s) were substantially reduced
To households who applied but did not receive the certification, may apply once more if their household income(s) has significantly reduced as a result of COVID-19.
