Water Supply
Water supply was suspended due to the earthquake but has now restarted to
most households. Areas damaged by the tsunami, areas where roads were badly
damaged, and areas suffering from bad water leakages are yet to have water
restored.
Use of sewage water
The sewage processing system has shown problems and sewage might overflow in your pipeline.
Use as little water as possible while flushing the toilet.
While washing the dish, first collect water in a bucket and wash the dish inside the bucket so that the water consumption minimizes.
Reuse the bath tub water in other places such as watering the garden plants, etc.
Gas supply
Sendai City gas lines are now being inspected and gas will be restored in
order depending on where you live.
