| PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | We are a nonprofit volunteer group which aims to contribute to people overcoming borders, overcoming historic and cultural differences, exchange through homestays (mainly seniors), deepen understanding and friendship, and push for world peace. |
| INTRODUCTION | First proposed by American president Jimmy Carter in 1977, this organization is composed of 360 clubs in 60 different countries (eg.91 in America, 8 in England, 23 in Canada, 15 in Germany, etc.) which are registered to the Atlanta headquarters (FFI), with this club being the 27th in Japan. Overseas activities normally happen twice a year, where we visit overseas clubs (12 people, 7 nights, 8 days), and accept clubs from outside of Japan with matchmaking help from the headquarters in Atlanta. |
| PR | This club is slightly different from other sightseeing tours which visit the most famous places. We overcome the barriers of language and customs, live together with others, and try to understand others.
