Providing support and cooperation to international cooperation and exchange projects in Miyagi Prefecture Participating in developmental education and related activities, international cooperation involving citizens, collaboration with local governments, NGOs, and international organizations 3. Mutual information exchange, networking, and fostering friendship Exchanging information with contacts across the nation, publishing reports, organizing gathering events |
