| PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | Beginning with restoration activities at educational institutions which foreign residents who were affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake worked at, this group was established with the objective of supporting Miyagi into becoming even more charismatic than it was before the earthquake, through activities which support restoration of the community and society. |
| INTRODUCTION | At English lessons run by MISO, teachers who speak English natively deliver a fun, high-quality learning opportunities. Foreign culture exchange is done through Halloween workshops and other international cultural events. |
