PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | To grow ingredients used in Japanese and Korean cuisine while cooking delicious food. |
INTRODUCTION | We cultivate the seeds of Korean vegetables in the north-eastern section of Sendai in the Tohoku region in order to make kimchi and namul, as well as growing pumpkins, potatoes, peppers, napa cabbages, daikon radishes, spinach, garlic, and small onions. |
