Information about “Vaccination Certificate of COVID-19” to Travel Abroad (Vaccine Passport)（新型コロナウイルス感染症予防接種証明書）
A Vaccination Certificateof COVID-19 (hereafter: “Vaccination Certificate”) is issued to those who needa document proving that they had vaccinations in order to travel abroad or forother reasons. For the time being, this certificate is supposed to be used foroverseas travel. The use of this certificate may ease restrictions such asepidemic control at immigration check-points.
