5-2 Child Household General Consultation
If you are worried about child-raising and wish to consult on the growth and development of your child, or if you are having difficulties as a single parent and are not sure who to consult with concerning your household circumstances, general consultation is available concerning child and household health and welfare. For consultation, please go to the Child/Household General Consultation reception counter at your ward office domestic health division.

5-3 Child Consultation Support Center: “Ask Anything about Child-Raising Phone Consultation”
This center provides help on breast-feeding, baby food, physical development, discipline, etc. to so that you can have peace of mind and create an environment in which your can enjoy raising your child.

5-4 Childen’s Consultation Center
Are you worrying about your child? The Children’s Consultation Center is a public facility put in place to protect the welfare of children in accordance with the Child Welfare Act. The center will work with you to deal with and solve a wide variety of problems your child may face from a specialized standpoint.

If you are worried about your child’s language or sociability, you can consult with a doctor during infant health examinations (2 yr. 6 mo. old, 3 y/o). To get consultation at other times, please go to the support reception counter of your ward office domestic health division or general city branch office public health welfare division.
