| PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | Shaplaneer = Supporting overseas cooperation groups activities by citizens from Sendai. Interacting with other members. |
| INTRODUCTION | Shaplaneer is a NGO that was founded in 1972, conducting activities such as supporting children working in south Asia, community disaster prevention, and fair trade. Support is also provided for Nepali residents in Japan. Members residing in Miyagi Pref. further deepen their understanding of the group’s activities while simultaneously holding lectures and briefings 1-2 times per year to inform citizens of the group’s activity as well. We are supporting shaplaneer from our region through the sales of fair trade goods and donations. |
