| PURPOSE OF FOUNDATION | We are a private organization formed by people who wish for friendship between Japan and China to blossom, and our goal is to continuously deepen both mutual understanding and friendship between citizens of both countries. |
| INTRODUCTION | 1. We send out the “Japan and China” publication created by the Japan/China Friendship Association HQ (Public company) on a monthly basis. 2. Procurement of China published magazine “People’s China.” 3. Offering Chinese language/Chinese cooking/Tai Chi lessons. 4. Conduct events to support Chinese international students, research students and vocational college students living in Miyagi through local community associations and committees. Ex. Homestay, Hanami, Lunar New Year, Hina Matsuri, Yukata festival, Sendai facility tours etc. 5. Referral, nomination for studying abroad in China, Ministry of Foreign Affairs high school student cultural exchange and youth exchange nominations. 6. Hosting of welcome events for Chinese representatives upon visiting the prefecture. |

This is the perfect opportunity to learn Chinese.
