“Sendai Japanese Language Course” is looking for students

The Sendai Japanese Language Course which was postponed due to the Novel Coronavirus will begin classes.

●As a countermeasure against coronavirus, class length will be shorter than usual. The selection of classes and student numbers will also be reduced.
We will end our search for students when the class size limit is met.
●Classes will be limited to one lesson once per week per person.
●Please take your temperature at home, and wear a mask at the time of class placement interview and during classes.
●Those who have just arrived in Japan are to stay home for two weeks before attending classes.
●Class dates and times may change or be cancelled due to coronavirus infection.

The “Sendai Japanese Language Course” is a series of Japanese language classes for non-Japanese Residents.
Classes are divided into 6 levels.
Classes will begin from Tuesday June 9.
Lessons are free of charge.
Classes are to be held at the Aoba-ku Chuo Shimin Center.
Application is required for those who wish to take the course.
●Class placement interview= June 2 (Tue.) 10:00a.m. Beginner level 1 – 3 class       June 2 (Tue.) 12:00p.m. Intermediate classes and above
(※People who wish to take this course must have an interview.)
●Course term= June 9 (Tue.)– July 31 (Fri.)
●Class time and days= Tuesday to Friday weekly (Days differ depending on your class)
●Class location= Aoba-ku Chuo Shimin Center (2-1-4 Ichibancho, Aoba-ku)
●Class level=Beginner 1-3, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Advanced
●Class fee= Free of charge
●Japanese Instructors = Members of the International Citizens’ Association of Sendai (ICAS)
