Areas at high risk of landslides have been raised to a level 4 alert and evacuation orders advisory have been issued. (Aoba-ku except Miyagi area, Taihaku-ku except Akiu area, Izumi-ku)
For those located in areas of evacuation advisories, please evacuate to an evacuation center or sturdy building away from rivers.
If you are unable to exit your building due to it being unsafe in your vicinity, please move to the second floor or above of the building you are in.
