*****We stopped accepting applications for recruting volunteers for Sendai Wolrd Festa 2019.*****

Using the Sendai International Center as a venue, Sendai World Festa is an event which showcases activities such as citizen international exchange, international cooperation, and multiculturalism, while also providing a place to learn and meet new people.

September 23, 2019 (Mon., National Holiday) 10:00-16:00
*Preparation day: September 22 (Sun.)

◆Venue：
Exhibition Building, Sendai International Center (Aobayama, Aoba-ku, Sendai City)

◆Recruitment Requirements：
①16 years of age or older
②Must have interest in efforts towards multiculturalism / international relations / international cooperation
③Be able to contact via email
④Be able to participate on all of the below activity dates
⑤Be able to participate with the awareness you are volunteering

◆Activity Dates：
①Explanation meeting September 1, 2019 (Sun) 15:00‐16:30
*or the backup day on September 2 (Mon) 17:00‐18:30
②Preparation day September 22, 2019 (Sun) Afternoon
*There may be an additional preparation day if required.
③Day of the Festa September 23, 2019 (Mon., National Holiday) (All day)

◆Activity Content：
Information (reception, venue guidance)
Eco stations (waste separation and collection at recycle stations)
Special programs, venue setup and takedown

◆Number of Volunteers：
Approximately 70 ※Application details will be reviewed by the planning committee.
Decisions on participation will be announced at the beginning of August.
