【Notice】 2020 Census Response

From September 14, Japan will begin a Census of all residents living in Japan.
Census are held once every five years.
All people living in Japan must respond to the Census.
Foreigners living in Japan for three months or longer must also submit a response. The Census has no connection to visa residence status.

This envelope will be delivered to your home.

There are some documents inside.
Write your answers on the documents.

There are multilingual explanations on the Census website.

Responses can also be submitted online.
Responses made online can be submitted in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Spanish.
